UFM 07

UFM 07 - Universal rail measurement vehicle

In 2007 Eurailscout decided to build a new measurement train to be able to expand our services. We were able to buy an existing measurement train, which until then had been used for measurements on radio signalling.

After a revision of the vehicle and some further adjustments in relation to the planned measurement systems to be installed on the train, the UMF 07 is now a well equipped measurement train, in line with our other UFM trains. Currently the geometry is installed and ready for use. Additional measuring systems (i.e. OCL (OHL ?) , video survey) will be installed till the end of 2009.
